Terms & Conditions

Please review our comprehensive terms of service, establishing the mutual agreements between GoGoldenTrip and our travelers.

1 Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing our website, engaging our services, or confirming a booking, you signify your unreserved acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and GoGoldenTrip. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you are advised to refrain from utilizing our services.

2 Booking Validation & Obligations

A booking request is considered fully validated only upon our receipt of the stipulated initial deposit and the subsequent issuance of an official confirmation voucher. We maintain the absolute discretion to decline bookings prior to confirmation.

3 Pricing Dynamics

While we strive for pricing accuracy, the quotations provided are subject to variations based on real-time market dynamics. Fluctuations in airline tariffs, sudden governmental tax impositions, or fuel surcharges may necessitate price adjustments. The definitive price is locked exclusively at the moment of final confirmation.

4 Limitation of Agency Liability

GoGoldenTrip operates exclusively as an agent coordinating services between travelers and independent contractors (hotels, airlines, transport operators). Consequently, GoGoldenTrip assumes no direct liability for any injury, loss, personal accident, delay, or irregularity stemming from the negligence or default of these third-party service providers.

5 Itinerary Alterations

The safety and comfort of our travelers remain paramount. We reserve the unequivocal right to amend, substitute, or modify itineraries before or during the tour in response to unforeseen events such as extreme weather, political unrest, or logistical blockades. Any supplementary costs incurred as a result of such imperative alterations will be borne by the traveler.
