Arrive at Guwahati airport and drive to Bhalukpong (240 km/5 hrs). Reach Bhalukpong and check in hotel. Overnight at Bhalukpong.
Tipi Orchids & Drive to Dirang
After breakfast drive to Dirang. En-route visit Tipi Orchid atrium, a glass house with over 7500 Orchids. Overnight stay in Hotel in Dirang.
Sela Pass, Nuranang Falls & Tawang Arrival
Today after breakfast drive to Tawang (160 km / 08 hrs), en-route you will visit Sela Pass and Sela Lake situated at an altitude of 13476 ft. Also visit Jaswant Garh and before reaching Tawang visit the Nuranlang fall. Reach Tawang and check into Hotel. Evening at leisure. Overnight at Tawang.
Madhuri Lake & Bumla Pass Excursion
The Sangestar Lake, also known as Madhuri Lake, is about 20 km from Tawang, en route to Bumla Pass. It’s been surrounded by wonderfully lush valleys and snow capped peaks. It’s a treat to explore the picturesque snowbound villages. Bumla Pass, located at an altitude of over 15,000 ft is a must for those who want to see how Indian soldiers protect the borders in the most trying of conditions. Note: Our vehicles are not allowed for Bumla Pass, PT So lake, and Madhuri lake sightseeing at Tawang. Therefore, guests have to hire a local Vehicle where our driver will assist the guest, but please note that we have no control over there. Bumla Pass is accessible only with permission of the Deputy Commissioner in Tawang District and the Indian army of Tawang.
Tawang Monastery & Drive to Bomdila
Morning after breakfast visit Tawang Monastery, drive to Bomdila and get a breath taking view of waterfalls. Pay homage at the Jaswant Garh Indo Chinese War Memorial and down hill drive (185km, 7hrs) to Bomdila. Overnight at Bomdila.
Brahmaputra Views & Guwahati City
In the morning, check out and board the transfer to Guwahati, enjoying the scenic journey as you pass though hamlets, villages and diverse landscapes. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at your leisure. You may choose to embark on a scenic tour along the Brahmaputra River, take a leisurely stroll at your Nehru Park, or explore the bustling Paltan Bazar for some shopping. Later, return to the hotel for a relaxing evening.
Kamakhya Temple & Departure
In the morning, check out from the hotel and get driven to visit the famous Kamakhya Temple, one of the most significant temples in Assam. Situated on the Nilachal Hill, this temple is dedicated to the goddess Kamakhya and is considered to be the oldest among the 51 Shakti Peethas of Hinduism. Later, get driven to the Guwahati Airport/Railway Station. From there, you can begin your journey back home.
