Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers. The refundable amount will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges and non-refundable components. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.

Non-Refundable Policy

Certain travel services may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Promotional or discounted tour packages
  • Last-minute bookings
  • Airline tickets marked as non-refundable
  • Special event or peak-season bookings

These conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels. The cancellation charges may vary depending on the type of service booked, travel dates, and the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.

The Cancellation charges may include:

  • Service fees charged by Go Golden Trips
  • Fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or third-party suppliers
  • Non-refundable taxes, convenience fees, or booking charges

Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or airline disruptions. In such cases, refunds will be processed strictly as per the supplier’s policies.
